I want to make a nuclear bomb, but without uranium or plutonium. I'm thinking a purified- hydrogen bomb that is fused by lasers, very similar to the one described in MGS2:Son of Liberty. In this way, we wouldn't arouse suspicion by buying uranium or plutonium. The government would think,"Oh, probably some dorks at MIT[ ]. Haha! Such losers![ ]." Then, we can blow up Time Square and give MIT a good rep..
