Hey I thought this might be a fun idea.

I'd like to maybe once every couple of weeks, play something a little Retro. I think it would be fun, just as a break from the typical games we play. They don't have to be blockbuster games, just ones that are fun!

Here's some of my ideas.

Conker Live & Reloaded
Unreal Championship 2
Mechassault 1 or 2
CounterStrike
Full Spectrum Warrior

PC

Half-Life 2
Warcraft III & The Frozen Throne
Diablo 2 & Lord of Destruction
StarCraft & BroodWar
Halo
Unreal Tournament 2004
Homeworld
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

Let me know what you all think of the idea. I'll make changes as to what's up, for the week we're going to play.

what about warcraft 3? i don't have any of the old xbox titles, but want to get in on it. OH! we could do homeworld multiplayer!

No problem,

I'm really looking for suggestions at this point. Some of the XBox titles I picked were because of their age & price. Most of them go for around $15-30 now.

As for PC titles it's really an open ball game there.

also I think i can host games on my server. counter strike or what not i will need to check it out

Which Command and Conquer would you be thinking? I've got the original Red Alert but, I'm not sure it it'll play on XP. I'm sure the compatibility thing would work though.

red alert 2 is cool as is command and conquer 2. i am down for whatever. i have red alert 1 somewhere. i also have rainbow six box set collectors edition
