Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction is now planned for beginning of 2008. We made this decision because we felt that the extra time would allow us to ensure that the game lives up to the high expectations of our development team, and to our fans who expect the best quality game that we can make. So stay tuned, as we'll have many things to show in the upcoming months on the game. And www.splintercell.com will be the first place to hear about it!

This is 100% fine with me. Im a huge fan and I would like this to be done right. I really hope you take into consideration what everyone is saying about the wonderful Spy Vs Merc days in SCCT!

Was kinda expecting a delay, and have no problem with it being delayed.

Yeah, so long as the game turns out well, I'll be fine with a delay, I've already got enough games for the fall/winter.

A delay is not surprising in the least, and it is welcome.

It seems to be ok for me Now I have more time to upgrade my PC (extra memory and new graphic card is needed) - hope that there will be PC version. However, please do your best!

Speaking of which: Is there any sound about requirements?
It is vital for any game I buy that I can play it. However, my internet connection is fast-but-unstable, so Ubisoft is not getting a penny.

This signature is an I'm-sorry note to the developers, who might be deserving of my money. I hope you guys

    Great move by Ubisoft!

I want the same quality product that I bought with SCCT.
