is it possible to upgrade or change ships in the middle of a career? like in SH3 when you wanted to upgrade your ship you could select it via the submarine model and add conning towers and other instruments...right now i only am able to upgrade my sonar, radar, aa gun and deck gun...is that all that we will be allowed to upgrade? no engine, conning tower? ship?

I'm wondering the same...
I asked a similar question and the only response was a cryptic "you may be rewarded with a new command."
I'd really like to see something concrete on this.
