    you have to ask a more specific question. First, what version of Lock On are you running? Second, are you asking why you can't fly those 2 planes? The answer is because it's not modeled. Do you want to kick realism out the door and fly it with a Su-27 cockpit but the external model is the F-16 or F-18? Because you can do that by changing something in a file or download the fps tweak that allows you to fly it (again, this depends on what version you have). Finally, are you asking why these 2 planes are not modeled. Answer- search the wish list forum and find out. Sum it up, those 2 planes have MFD + classified information + AG radar + etc = no go.
