And it's a gamebreaker, too. So, when I first got this game, there were few problems, the odd glitch or two, but I never finished it. I just put it down after a frustrating mission, and I recently came back to it with a new OS, Windows 7.

Now the game has a glitch where NPCs randomly bounce up and down or slide back and forth or front and back rapidly. NPCs that are sitting in chairs will rapidly shake their heads, and all in all this makes it impossible to finish the game as you can't interact with these glitched NPCs since they'll just move like that and act like you're walking away or bumping into them, and if you happen to take a mission from an NPC like this that glitches out later, the mission can't be turned in and you can no longer finish the game.

Since getting this glitch, it will not go away. I have patched the game, reinstalled the game, I have even BOUGHT A NEW COPY OF THE GAME. The glitch still persists, and there seems to be no way to get rid of it. All my hardware is the same, too, and I can't figure out what's wrong. Please help!

Hmmm......Sounds very weird, as I'm not fully aware of such kind of in-game glitch.

Are you by any chance using any kind of Game TRAINERS to beat and play this game ? Just asking, because these trainers may conflict with the game's Code, and may cause problems.

Have you tried replaying the game from the very beginning, or tried loading a previous Save game file ? Btw, at which particular MISSION and level does this glitch occur ? Also list your PC specs, if possible.

sounds similar to the glitch I've experienced, the game has some things like that (but its awesome.) Good luck, its a pain in the ***...

i have a friend with brand new pc with os win 7, he installed the game and the same happens

the win7 fix does not help.

I've switched Directx version for 10 to 9 in game menu and that seems to have fixed it.

I get the head banging idiots, I just walk away. The game is crammed with bugs but still playable to a point. If the next scene fails to preload or load immediately, you could find yourself inside a rock, or like me today, on a swamp boat on the deck of Jackals barge!! Falling into rocks when walking is another, there are hundreds of bugs

when the main charter can't even jump 3-4ft it s bad
he can jump like 12inches is about all, can't even jump/ skip over a log on the ground like real life.

not to say how many glitch i gotten into and can't even jump 3ft out of it

but there not much can be done about this game ran out of time, don't think they fix the terrain in the game with funny 3ft deep ditch (glitch)

Well you have to remember he is a super heavy smoker that is why he can only run 10 steps before passing out.
As for jumping hes not sure quite how to do it right , that is why its more like a bunny hop.

I am also getting the side slipping glitch.
