I bought the game yesterday (downloaded via Game) and although the install was fine and I'm able to play in offline mode I cannot login. I received an activation code from Game (format: XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) which I entered at the end of installation and if I double-click on the 'activation.exe' within my ACB folder it says serial code status is OK. But if I try to "LOG IN TO PLAY!" at the AC launcher screen I'm asked for a product key; entering the only key I was given by Game gives me a "KEY BINDING FAILED! This key is incorrect." message.
I have to cancel and then play offline.
What going on here, should I have been given another code/key by Game?
Thanks for any help.

Hi There,
The code should have allowed you to play online - they only thing I can suggest is to contact Ubisoft Support.
They should be able to see why it's not working correctly - you can contact them via the link in my signature.
Please allow time for them to reply, however being the weekend they may take upwards of 48 hours.
If you want, you could try contacting Game support, however they may direct you back to Ubisoft.

Cheers mate.
I've sent the same post to support, hopefully it'll be sorted soon. I can't access some features in the game (e.g. investing) at the moment, 'cause I'm unable to log in.
Ubisoft don't seem to have much luck with AC releases do they? I've had problems with all three on the PC upon release. AC2 gave me problems with log in too. Shame, the games themselves are very good!

I (as usual) copied and pasted the keycode from my Game email into the product key window. This, as already stated, wasn't working. Because of the 'KEY BINDING FAILED' message I tried literally entering the keycode myself.
It works. Bit silly not being able to copy/paste but there you go.
Thanks anyway, Mr Shade. I'll alert support all is OK.
