Has anyone been able to unlock 16's database entry? Someone took a picture of him, and it's got the same background as those found in the database. I'm not even sure if this is at all possible, but I'm always looking out for it.

I wasn't able to get Altair's database which saddens me . In fact, my whole database is nearly empty.

Yeah, I have the Encyclopedia. I'm talking about the in-game database.
