Okay guys this is totally random and dont give me any **** about it please.

What if the player with the CV could only use airstrikes. And make another buyable upgrade in the supports for using airstrikes off other peoples command vehicle. I was reading the xp gaining guide that Raven posted and thought since Cvs only get XP with airstrikes that down why not only let them use the airstrikes period.

What does everyone else think?

I like the idea here before you clarified and made it sound rational... because without reading the rest it sounds like if you have a CV, you can't do anything at all but airstrike.

More seriously though, sounds like a good plan... I'd prefer if they gave you EW as the basic support instead of airstrikes, which are limited to certain maps dependent on the side you choose. Making the CV a requirement for airstrikes in addition would go a long way towards providing a real risk to airstike reliant strategies (a.k.a spam). And a realistic cost to gain access to air support (as opposed to no cost at all)

I've thought of it before too. I like the idea it would be more fun hunting down that damn CV

If I read that right you would need a CV to use off map support right? EW should still ofcourse not need it since it can get it anywhere

Im all for this idea too. It would easily solve the 4v4 and 3v3 issue of mass airstrike spams.

if you have to have the CV for airstrike then it should be for all off map support as well because EW spam is just as annoying as AS spam

Wishing to keep a system that is proven to absolutley not work isn't anything I'd call favorable. Its up to anyone to have their own opinions - but there is times such is just based on comfort of not wishing to look any further than the semi-broken system that favors themselves.

The system today does not work when scaling towards 2v2 and upwards. Hell, it barely even works as it is head-on.

Say what you want, but anyone with any concrete experience with the game will share my concerns.

I've been called an elitist so many times... Well I guess I am, cuse I don't like, lazy, uneducated, unproductive, leaching, dumb****s of society. I don't think they should be given special treatment or help, because they refuse to try to help themselves and they think they deserve free money for some reason.

I'm not talking about handicaped people. I'm talking about the people that are completely able to become a productive part of society, but choose not to.
