    Using silent hunter engine and the management system of the boat, the view point in the ship to make a new game for ships will be great.
    What I say is implementing Ships or start a new game with ships like cruisers or battleships.

    Imagine, viewing the main cannon fires in 1st person view. Feel the shake when the shell hit our ship hard. And watch the ship sail towards the sun. From the graphic engine SH has, we can make it fun! And I think it would be a certain sure that it can have itself a market share.

    What you're really talking about here is a Destroyer Command 2 (in somewhat expanded form, of course).

    Indeed!! Destroyer Command 2 - Extended.
    Take command of British, German, American, Japanese naval forces of World War 2 would great.
    My biggest interest would be to take command of Kriegsmarine Ships like Graf Spee, Bismarck, Scharnhorst & Gneisenau, Tirpitz and other units of the German Navy.
    Take them on a raiding mission across the Atlantic. Do battle with the Royal Navy ships like HMS Hood, King George V, Rodney.
    It's been a long time dream of mine. Be nice to see it happen.

    i'd like to see a Destroyer Command for silent hunter 5,even if it would give only birth to one brittish and one type of US destroyer.
    the locations that can be wandered around can be even limited to those spaces where a real commander would come;
    -bridge
    -radio/sonar rooms
    -chartroom
    -longroom
    -gunnery- and dephtcharge-decks
    -commanders quarters
    -and the coridors and deckparts between those
    i would(and think that i stand alone on this one) prefer that the commander has to assign his officers who then take care of further action like firing guns and dropping dephtcharges,rather than let the commander man the guns and gets rid of his frustrations by firing at a sub.

    Don't think your alone you can't control all stations a commander in real live has also a crew that does that for him. But would be fun if you have the option to step into a station and take over command there and the other station would be controlled by the ai.

    My only request would be the control over several classes of Destroyer's, single play, multiplay online, a mission editor to make missions

      <LI>Radio room
      <LI>Bridge


    But think this is a dream that ubi has not made possible in those years after DC, think we can dream on. Think they can make still money if they would do a Destroyer Command versus a Silent Hunter, If you can build a community around it where they can play it online one defending de convoy the other side trying to sink the cargo in those convoy. Specialy when you combine it with a online STAT system on a site where you can see the results of your battles.
