hey all i got a problem in one of the missions

i need to drop a spy near liverpool
so when i reach the place to be nothing happens
no spy no rubber boat no completetion of the misssion
plz can some one tell me what i am doing wrong here

Well I'm stopped and nothing happens. Even have my sub precisely over the drop off point according to the map.

I'm getting a headache from the hull banging agains the ground.

Is there a specific time of night to drop off the spy?

You have to plug in a console controller and do this combination ^^,>>,<<,aa,bb,LL,rr, then your able to use the captain warp ability level 9 and the great dragon rises from the sea and takes him there

This is really frustrating. I'm having the same problem. Can't get the spy off of my sub.
