I don't know about exclusive as most of the current gen versions of this are much the same.
There are exceptions (GC has no multi?), but this is fairly it.
The XBox version have the single player game. Also has Co-Op missions in split screen/system link and live. It also has Spy Vs. Spy, I am not sure of all the modes for this as I am not into it, but I would say they would be System link and live. I don't know about split screen, as it would kind of defeat the vs. idea

I think Xbox is only console that gets 3v3 Spy Vs Spy.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Yeah the Xbox has 3v3, while the PS2 has two extra game modes.
...and the Gamecube gets shafted. No extra levels, and only co-op multiplayer. I guess the 3 people who have networked Gamecubes didn't petition Ubisoft hard enough.
