Thread: Where can I request a refund? | Forums

  1. #1
I just bought this game expecting it to work with my PC.
Little did I know, in order to play it I'd have to buy a $90 graphics and video card.
I was not informed of this and the Steam page did not include any of this information. I want my $15 back.

Sorry, Ubisoft dont offer refunds ( even though they lied and made this horrible port ) and Steam will hardly refund you as they are now swamped with people wanting their money back.

Note - Dont buy an Ubisoft game ever again

Refunds requests are to be dealt with the place you bought your game. Steam, Greenman Gaming etc. I got my money back.
