First of all i hope the forum is not so dead as it feel, and i hope alot of people will contribute in this thread.

I was thinking about many things i wanted to see in SC Universe, and i read Jazz comments about Metal Gear Solid : Raising and how MGS 4 was the end of Snake and Raising is a new beginning, more like a spin of, and i said and SC ?!

Here you will take a look at my ideas that i wish to see, or should i say the titles i wish to see come to live, i wished i could be a game developer to contribute, but i am only a fan, so i will just share and hope UBI consider them

    Let's Start :

    Splinter Cell : Voron

    - Take place in Voron instead of 3rd E
    - The new agent is efficient, ruthless, and don't use dark humour instead he is so serious
    - Russian weapons and technology, Different take downs style

    Splinter Cell : Kestrel

    - Follow Kestrel from his start in the army "special counter-insurgency unit" ending up in Voron to his very end in Conviction
    - Shows how efficient Kestrel was in his job, and why he is capable of living under such circumstances

    Splinter Cell : Wolf Hound

    - Follow agent Wolf Hound during his missions in H.A.W.X.2
    -

    Splinter Cell : Wolves Pack

    - The Future of Voron, which goes like the future of 3rd E (( Same Time Line, Not In The Past Any More))
    - Instead of featuring one agent, feature 2 or 3 agents, working together in different places, but to achieve the same goal

    Splinter Cell : 3rd Echelon

    - Takes in after SC6
    - New young agent, Sam won't live forever
    - New HQ, New manager/director (if it isn't Grim, maybe a fresh start)
    - New setting, new threats, in depth character without personal stuff

    Splinter Cell : Archer

    - Follow Archer from his start in NSA as an intelligence analyst, to training to become SC agent, taking a look at his missions before Conviction, and ending up with his very death in Conviction
    - Show the progression of Archer as a SC agent, and puts the light on the way Archer faces death or his fear or dangerous situations " being sarcastic and fun"

    Splinter Cell : Ghost Hawk

    - Follow Ghost Hawk as a SC Agent
    - Ghost Hawk doesn't work alone, it is more like Resident Evil 5, He works with a partner as a team
    - Develop command system that both improved SCDA (ps2/xbox) command system version, and also works like Resident Evil Zero " being able to switch between characters, having limited equipment and exchanging between them, working to help each other by clearing paths for each other in blocked places "
    - Maybe his partner could be Archer during his start, Ghost Hawk is older and teaches Archer how a SC Agent works in real life

Splinter Cell : The Fisher Files

    - Secret files being opened to teach new SC Agents by giving them a real example that shows them how to work in real life, using the very first SC Agent
    or
    - Megiddo opening secret files about Sam and studying him and his doing
    - Take the role of old Sam Fisher again
    - Missions take place between SC1 & PT, PT & CT, CT & DA
    - A tribute to old school fans, using more of pure stealth, slow paced Stealth, old 3rd E tech, old character redefined
    - Extra campaign unlocked after finishing the game shows Sam on the run after DA and ending with the comic mission to Conviction

    Splinter Cell : At War

    - Follow young Sam in war, being in the Navy Seal "SEAL Team 3", and in DEVGRU of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) to his retiring in 1996
    - Design new system to incorporate Action style gameplay for whoever want to run and gun, with Stealth style that shows how Sam avoided death by using stealth
    - Shows the relationship between Sam, Shetland and Vic
    - Take place in different places : the Persian Gulf (i.e. Iraq, Kuwait, etc.), Colombia, Senegal, and Afghanistan
    - Sam had an experience in which he was forced to hide under dead bodies in order to avoid being killed, and that should be like the line that shows to the player how stealth is a vital key to survive

    Splinter Cell : Flash Backs

    - Take the role of Young Sam Fisher during his time in the C.I.A
    - Actual events that happens during the time between 1996 and 2000 should be featured in the game, it gives a feeling of realistic story
    - The Bank mission from CT, should be reintroduced, the same concept art and level design but decreased and changed a little, this also takes place between 1989 - 1990 "Operation Just Cause, Panama" and shows Sam between Seal and C.I.A (before becoming a member of the C.I.A) it can work as a flash back mission, or more like the 1st mission, it will be a training mission on environment known before to the player, and shows how to use stealth
    - Different Gadgets and tech, keep an eye on the time line, no need for future tech on past events
    - New stealth system " Maybe add different Crouch, like Standing crouch (half a crouch) where Sam is like standing but moving so slow and silent, it also should have the variable speed like old SC games
    - No Tri-Focal Goggles, instead combine missions between no goggles and back pack goggles, like Sam is carrying a bag or something he has NV goggles and TV goggles, 2 separate goggles wearing them and then taking them off
    - Sam should be athletic "splint jump CT, half Split Jump : SC1&PT, slide down the wire, slide down with the rope, climb up rope and so on, .......etc"

Splinter Cell : Spies VS. Mercenaries

    - This is a stand alone multiplayer game, many fans said they will buy it as a dlc, stand alone game on PSN/XBL, or even if alone game
    - This is different than old SvsM, the old one should remain true to the original series and be featured in SC6 the way the hardcore fans like it
    - Grants access to the casual players
    - 4 vs 4 teams

    <STRIKE>Mercenaries :</STRIKE>

    - FPS much like MW2, ranking system too, and it take too long to rank up, different classes and with every rank up the class opens more improved weapons, but the ranking system works for the class only
ex. Sniper class rank 1 reaches rank 5, to switch to Assault class you start at rank 1 again
    - Once you unlock every rank for every class a new mode opens called " Old War " which feature the same classes but with different weapons, old ones, and then the player needs to rank up to unlock more
    - Movement sensor, IF vision, Frag grenade also should be available

    <STRIKE>Spies :</STRIKE>

    - TPS, those are stealth agents, silenced Gun with 20 bullet for the whole match only, E.M.P equipment
    - Moving slowly helps you avoid the sensor, the sensor only tracks fast movements like the wall mines in CT&PT but if you move slow then you are safe
    - NV/TV available for them only, E.M.P can buzz mercenaries stuff
    - Completing missions and ranking up enables you to open legendary skins " Sam Fisher, Archer, Kestrel, Ghost Hawk, Wolf Hound, .....etc)
    - We can't have 4 Sam skins in the same level, the legendary skins gives you special abilities

    <STRIKE>Maps :</STRIKE>

    - Sand box, Huge Sand box, no open areas this is not war
    - Any building should be of 3 or 4 floors with multi secret tunnels or ventilation system that the spies can safely use
    - Insertion point : there should be 3, one on the roof, one under the ground, on on the front/back door, and the spies get to choose where to infiltrate
    - The 4 members spy team can be divided into 2 teams, and each team can enter from a different point

    <STRIKE>Objects :</STRIKE>

    - Hacking : there should be like 3 computers in the map, for the spies to win at least 2 of them need to hack safely and then get out
    - New Ability of the spies that if someone in danger and another spy is near by, the in danger spy can send him the info and then the new spy must get out
    - The Merc. should always try to stop the Spies

    - Killing a V.I.P : the spies need to kill him, while the Merc need to protect him

    - Helping Another Spy : there is a wounded spy, so the spies need to extract him alive, The Merc. can either search for him and kill him where he is hiding, or wait till the spies extract him and deal with it
    - The Injured Spy should be one of the 4 spies, and each round that injured spy change to another player, 4 rounds total
    - The injured spy is always hiding in someone which is hard for the Merc. to reach

I hope i can make this as my other thread, and tell me what you think

    - After I finish i will be free to hear suggestion and ideas you like to add, i won't go into details in any of those titles, just things the Devs need to keep in mind, so we won't have large amount of ideas, just simple/few features we need to see, come on i am waiting you all to contribute

    - Thanks for everyone who helped me (directly or not) have an idea and put it into this 2nd thread, and i hope it succeed and grabs UBI's attention

    ---------------------- <span class="ev_code_RED">Update #1</span> ----------------------------------

    Splinter Cell : Xtended Family

    - Different agents who work for different organizations, But the have the same goals.
    - All countries should come together and work together to face Megiddo
    - Kinda realistic setting which can be done by a world financial crisis, and the current of dollar/euro begins to fall (i don't know the right translation sorry )

Many apologies Sameer for getting back to you so late. I didn't mean for my 'few minutes' to turn into 'a couple of hours'. You ever had one of those moments?

    - Splinter Cell: Voron

I like the idea of having a Russian agent, and no dark sense of humor but rather being serious (similar to the personality of Altair from Assassin's Creed 1).

Also, a personal preference of mine is to have the main character(s) of any stealth/tactical-espionage/infiltration related game to mostly be serious when it comes to their duties and such related business.

And the solitude-style of each agent in wolves' pack is definitely cool. Having mutliple agents placed @ different sections of a level but yet if one is in trouble, the other(s) can locate their teammate(s). Great idea.

    - Splinter Cell: 3rd Ech.
I think its a great start to have a younger agent who can gain experience and last longer throughout the series (unless the story involves that agent dying). And to also be able to show new skills that come w/ age in future/continuous installments.

The fisher files being shown to the new agents as an example of how they should be in their own line of work, is a great idea, bc its showing that Sam is a legend.

    - Splinter Cell: At War
This is definitely an intriguing idea be cause since it will cover more of the "war" side of Sam's past, we will get to see the relationship between him, Vic and Shetland. And that would show Shetland saving Sam's life (as mentioned in SCCT)

    -Splinter Cell: Flashbacks

While I agree that this would be a cool installment, I think it would better be put in separate SC installations, a few flashbacks each installment, rather than just having a separate game just for the flashbacks. That's just my preference once again, but let me know how you feel about this idea.

And reliving the early days (particularly, the CIA days, Navy SEAL days, etc..) Is an excellent thought that needs to be put into action imo. It would be a totally awesome experience to many SC fans who are curious to see into Sam's deep past and early beginnings.

    - Splinter Cell: Spies vs Mercenaries

I definitely like your ideas of your architectural layout and having each staged closed off from being an open area like a war field and giving it more of a "kill or be killed" atmosphere.

and kudos on the hacking ideas and the mercs must protect a VIP while the spies are out to eliminate that same VIP.

These ideas of spies vs mercs reminds me of what else was missing in SCC! Bring back S's vs M's!!

Overall Sameer, you have created another masterpiece by this thread imo. I look forward to hearing more of your input!

Didn't Lambert refer to Sam as a SIGINT NINJA in the ORIGINAL SC?

NINJA, huh....what ever happened to "Sam Fisher the SIGINT NINJA"............

no problem man, glad you visited to share your opinion , i wished the other members who visited shared their opinion but they didn't

    - and it happens alot to me, i say i will be back to keep track on the posts but i end up coming back the next day LOL

Also, a personal preference of mine is to have the main character(s) of any stealth/tactical-espionage/infiltration related game to mostly be serious when it comes to their duties and such related business.
is it something i didn't write down ?! tell me to add it, cause i understand what you write but i lost your point

And the solitude-style of each agent in wolves' pack is definitely cool. Having mutliple agents placed @ different sections of a level but yet if one is in trouble, the other(s) can locate their teammate(s). Great idea.
Actually you get it wrong, i meant the agents to be in different countries, doing different jobs, but the story comes together or something, while what you said pretty up sums SC: Ghost Hawk

    - Sam Fisher was the 1st SC Agent, so yes he must be a legend

    - I wanted to feel the whole package actually, that's why i separate it, you know when someone separate a whole story into parts i feel they begin to make mistakes, but if they made into one big story to cover up everything then less mistakes (there been mistakes in SC Essential, and many holes due to different types of Flash Backs being put up together)

    - i am also very glad you liked my SvsM, i thought the hardcore fans won't like it, i wanted to make it a cash title to draw casual players to it, while hardcore fans will always be having fun using spies, especially when they rank up and open the special skins

Overall Sameer, you have created another masterpiece by this thread imo. I look forward to hearing more of your input!
Thank you again, i don't think i did that great job , i also hope for other members to come, share what they think, and maybe we will see one of those Spin Offs tittles come alive

Lol completely my mistake! I wasn't clear enough on what I meant by that "my personal preference" statement. I didn't mean to say it as if I felt it was something that needed to be added. I just said that randomly, since you mentioned:
"The new agent is efficient, ruthless, and don't use dark humour instead he is so serious"
So I said to myself, "Well, since sameer is talking about the new Voron SC agent has a serious personality, and since that is the type of personality that I personally like for the agent to have (which is a serious personality, when it comes to doing their work), hmmmm....I might as well mention that preference too." That's why I mentioned the main character from Assassin's Creed 1, who is Altair. He never made one joke (to my knowledge) and always took his work seriously. That's the type of attitude that I was talking about that I like when I mentioned my personal preference.

I hope I made it a bit more clearer than last time

Actually you get it wrong, i meant the agents to be in different countries, doing different jobs, but the story comes together or something, while what you said pretty up sums SC: Ghost Hawk
Ohhh, now I see what you meant. Bc in the Splinter Cell: Wolves Pack it doesn't say that the agents will be in different countries, it only said different places so that's where I misunderstood your point. And I your SC: Ghost Hawk idea sounds very interactive and the idea of possibly having an older Splinter Cell teaching Archer sounds interesting.

    - yup clear as sun lol
i also suggested the serious character to take a deep look into a new perspective, i mean Sam was something great with his dark humour, Archer was sarcastic, Kestrel was serious, so we should really see those 2 in action

    - i am sorry for the confusion, i will fix it right away

hope to hear more ideas/features from you to add

I feel like the Archer and Kestrel stroies could be on one disc. And I would buy it. These are all good ideas. Hopefully now we get a *****y new blonde man main character for Splinter Cell as well.

Hey its cool bro. I guess that's the down side of having genius ideas; they may get lost for a little while and you won't know where to find them lol

Its great that you mentioned the different personalities of Archer, Kestrel, and Sam. And one personality that is not here in that group of those 3 SC agents is a total serious SC agent. It would be. Interesting imo to add an agent w/ that personality.
