I have been told by electronic boutique canada that a demo will be available early october to customers who have placed pre-orders... I have pre-ordered and I am dying for the demo. Can we expect it any time soon???

Can AI get scared if/when you turn on the lights and suddenly see you? Can you hold them up if you get them off guards or can you only take them hostage? (either way, this is awsome)
BTW, I've posted this on the german forums (but i prefer english since my german sucks =)
I'm editing a Splinter Cell (fan =) promo video.
I've already done some preliminar work on it but still, it's Work in Progress. =P

My main question is, why aren't the devs using antialiasing. It is very noticiable in screenshots and on high quality tvs. It makes the amzing graphics lose their finess.
Also I would like to ask what each button does? if it is not to much trouble.

Hi PLTorr,
In terms of fire arms, handgun and SC-20K multipurpose riffle are the 2 weapons Sam can use in the game. At a certain point in the development, we wanted to enable Sam to pick up its enemies'guns. We didn't do it for 2 reasons:
- Realism: real special ops operatives are not using any other equipment than their own equipment. You don't know what to expect, it's too dangerous.
- Gameplay : it is hard to balance a good stealth gameplay if you can get a new gun at anytime. We didn't want the game to become a shooter...
