You need to buy a new graphics card to get SM3.0
A Geforce 6600 or above or a Radeon X1k series card to run it at all.(decently also)<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

A lot of people seem to thing Shader Model 3 is a software feature. Shader Model 2 cards don't work! You need a new card, I recommend a ATI Radeon X1600. that card is good quality and good value.
