Wow, that was very insightful! Totally agree when you say setting no goal at all is 100% chance of not achieving it anyway, so we should always be motivated to set goals for ourselves. New Years is a great time to do it because it's like starting fresh. 
Congrats on your weight loss! You're one determined woman, and it's been a lot of fun tracking your progress.
