Hi, the same problem ocurred to me, is there any forecast when the problem will be solved?

Yeah,i just bought it here on UPlay and it says i can download it "Again" even though i havent received it in the first place...I even checked under "Recent Downloads" in the PlayStation Store...Where would it be located? Its not even in my "Themes" Section in the PlayStation Menu...

i redeemed 10 points to the get the assassins creed 2 premium theme.

When i was about to download it i accidentally pressed Cancel instead of Download and now I cant get to it again!

It says that if I wish to download it again i should check my download list but thats the problem, its not in the download list because i didnt download it!

So, how do i get the theme now?

Yeah I've got pretty much the same problem only I redeemed everything off the website, got everything but the theme when I logged in from the game. Problem is if you didn't redeem it off the PS3 then download straight away, you can't access it despite having paid for it.
