okay the training mission works well, when i get to the cut scene before the first level, i just hear my dialoge and static plus static picture.
when the first level starts i can't hear other characters dialoge, just static, but i can hear my own speach fine. that continues with every character i encounter. everything else plays well. i look into console and it seems to be missing some actor voice files or something.
I tried to reinstall the game all together and its pretty much the same. Im using the Steam version.

system specs:

In chapter 7 (since I dont have an inventory?) every time I try to pick something up, like a weapon, the game crashes.

Hi Anders,

Did you try to verify your files on Steam ?

Btw, is it a Steam or Retail version ?

If retail version, first try uninstalling DM demo (if you had it installed) then install the game again.
