Both the Officer and the Harlequin come with the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC, so if you buy that, you'll recieve both the multiplayer characters.

He's talking about the PC version. (Yeah, at the wrong place. I dunno how people mix up the two forums) For PC, Da Vinci Disappearance is free, so can't buy that to get the bonus characters. As a result, there's no way to get the two multiplayer characters.
