Runtime error everytime i press play in [Uplay]

Well topic says it all i guess, but anyway everytime i press play in the [Uplay] menu i get a pop up window with the following message:

Runetime error!

Program: e:\xxxxx heroes folder!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information.

So what do i do? Game has worked perfectly for a few weeks but now i cant get it to work, think it might have happened after steam did dxdiagnose on my system (as a part of their survey) which crashed midway.

I edited your thread title to make it conform to this section's special tech-help format.

I also corrected your info : you crash when you press Play @ Uplay -- way before the Conflux appears.

Ohh thanks thought uplay thing was called the conflux
