I know this is an old question but I have searched the boards and have not found the answer. I was hoping someone has come up with one by now. I got the game from direct 2 drive, installed successfully. EXCEPT....when I try to activate my key code. It goes throught the process and then it says program not responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with all antivirus, firewall, and internet protection off, I still get the same result. atm I am trying to reach ubisoft for help but so far no luck. any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

I talked to Ubisoft tech and he said it was not on their side and that I would need to contact Direct 2 Drive. I have done that but in email form and who knows how long it take to get a helpful reply. If anyone has a link with a customer support phone # for D2D that would help.
