I am having the same issues on my laptop. The game downloaded fine but when I go to click play my screen goes black and when it comes back on its froze. My graphics card is a Mobile Intel(R) 4 series express chipset family. My Laptop model # is P50IJ-X3 and my graphics card is GMA 4500M. If anyone knows why it will not work please let me know? If anybody can help me I would greatly appriciate it thank you.

There is a principal thread on the lack of official laptop support in the Tech Help section of the Might & Magic forums :

    http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1096804/m/3321092059

Other threads, in that section, also contain technical-issue reports by laptop users.

Have you checked if your card is suppurted? For geforce you need 8600 or higher and for ati 2600 or higher.

I have the opposit problem as you guys, works on my laptop (gefore 9600, 512 mb) but not on my desktop (ati radeon 1900, 512 mb). On my desktop I got the same thing as you are describing.

I can get in now here is what i did:

go to Documents/Might & Magic Heroes VI/(username)/ there open "ProfileData"

Open Profile data with Notepad, and make sure 'word wrap' is on. Then change this :

    <gfx_Fullscreen2>Fullscreen</gfx_Fullscreen2>

    TO THIS :

    <gfx_Fullscreen2>Windowed</gfx_Fullscreen2>

Also lower your resolution. Mine was

    <gfx_Resolution>1600x900</gfx_Resolution>

    I CHANGED IT TO :

    <gfx_Resolution>1360x768</gfx_Resolution>

Some one can try this? im on my work now >.<
