everything installed fine but when i clicked campaign it loaded an then seemed to work then a blank doc. came up that said crash at the top and this was on it

Crash in application version: grpcrc1.02

Direct3D - Unknown capability violation exception.

download patch 1.21 first, it'll sort out much troubles

i can play GRAW out-of-the-box (1.02), and update 1.06 (still running), but from 1.10, 1.16, 1.20, and 1.21 the game is not even load... the disc spins/read however... but the game won't load.

my spec:
iP4HT 3GHz, Asus, ATi X850XT PE, 1Gb DDR, 250G HDD. i don't have Kaspersky or HotFix KB9-something...

if anyone know how to contact support ubi, please let me know. i wanna talk with them directly. this problem is not just occured to me, but to many gamers that bought the copy of the game. we spent lots of $ but the game won't play as advertised. we got screwed! =(

Do you have an external dvd? I know some games have a problem with those, copyright issues I think!

no, of course not.

my copy is 4 disc CD-ROM. purchased from futureshop (bestbuy). reason is to be able to play online and design maps! but i CAN'T!
this sucks! i rather play cracked version.
hopefully on the next patch Ubi fix all this bull****!!

i wanna play ONLINE!!! =(
