I had bought chessmaster the 10th edition and enjoyed playing online with other people. I just purchased a new computer and installed chessmater on the new system. We are runing windows Vista and it has a 1.75 processor. It is a laptop and has wireless and wired connections. I can get on the internet high speed not problem with the computer.
I noticed that I have no problem downloading the latest Online News with the program but everytime I try to sign in and play online it gives me this error. "Could not log onto router! The client is incompatable with the server. (ERR: 50)" Does anyone have any suggestions for this. Thanks
