    It's apparently going to be called Splinter Cell: Retribution and is rumored to be released around 2012. It's also probably going to be lead developed by Ubisoft Toronto's Jade Raymond who also lead Assassins Creed's development in conjunction with Ubisoft Montreal. This is going to be a defining moment for the Splinter Cell series. We'll see if Ubisoft continues down their path of Sam Fisher being Rambo or if they return the series to it's stealth roots. If the former is the case (Rambo Sam) then I see it as the end of Splinter Cell (for me anyway).
