There is no stand alone Tench Class MOD that I am aware of.

pretty sure you can only get a tench in TMO.That being said, tench in TMO is awseome.ST radar periscope, can go to 700+ feet, carries extra torpedos etc.Awseome boat.
There is a Tench in FOTRS, too.
