I havent seen or heard anything about them in the game so Ubi is probably not including them. Though sniper, Dieter Weber is in the game so there could be sniper rifles. Does anyone know anything about this?

I've only seen 5 of the 30approx weapons and not one was a sniper-rifle.. [img]/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif[/img] .. I'm sure they'll have one in there somewhere, saying that, it might not work with their action strategy [img]/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif[/img]

I hope theres atleast one, if only for multiplayer on XBL!

ive seen 2 sniper rifles in a movie at the equipment selection screen. an M82 and AW covert and im sure there will be more

Of course it will have sniper rifleS, it's Rainbow Six, duh. How many of you have played any of the previous games or read the book? In all the games, and in the book snipers have played a huge part! Will there be sniper rifles....OF COURSE THERE WILL BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

actually, the original R6 didn't have sniper rifles. All you had was an M16 that had really good magnification.

I also played the N-64 Rainbow Six and I don't think that had sniper rifles either. i sure wish i could find a copy of that game.

There are definitely snipers in the books, there are some confirmed on the guns thread and one of the team is a sniper.. I'm now sure there will be sniper-rifles in this game......... *jinx*
