I am very new to SH3. Loving it! However, These last two days my torpedoes seemed to just stop working. No matter at what angle or distance I fire from, whether the ship (me or thee) is moving or stationary, the fish just bounce off. EVERYTIME!
    Ant help is appreciated
    Thank You

If your torpedo depth is set too low they might bounce off the rounded bottoms of ships.

Torps need to hit at about 90 degrees to be most reliable. (+/-15 is just as good) As you get farther from that they tend to bounce off more.

Also if you are too close say within 300 meters your torpedos don't have time to arm before they hit the ship. If you are 320 meters away, your torpedos are launching from 30 meters infront of your scope. (+/- depending on what sub you are in.) So try to be at least 350 meters away from target.

Note: Arming distance is actual distance the torpedo travels. So if you are shooting at a target at bearing 90, you could be 290 meters away and your torpedos will still arm.
