Do not make new threads, since this can result in your problem getting lost.

This thread is NOT for direct support, only the reporting of issues and will allow for the posts to be collated and used for potential patches to correct the issues.

Also remember to post as much detail as possible, but please keep the posts short and concise.

PLEASE UPDATE
ok i have ps3 and i got the game at midnight(naturally) but i was up all night and even now and the game wont work

i am barely able to get the game running, when i do however the sound lagges and my ps3 freezes and crashes all the time. the sound is all messed up and its just not working. all my other games work and blue-ray i restored the system and everything the game wont work!!!
anyone else with ps3 have this problem

I'm having a major issue with the voices, forcing me to turn subtitles on. I get voices roughly 10% of the time for a SINGLE line of speech, then silence. Either their mouths move and nothing comes out, or it's completely muffled and completely incoherent.

I've tried removing the preload data from my system, as well as the saved profile settings and completely reloading the game with no prevail. Still incoherent or mute. I was thinking "Ok, maybe this is the way Ubisoft was starting out the game, like there's a glitch in the animus or something" but Youtube shows otherwise.

TLDR: Sounds broken, fix please.

*Confirmation Edit - I'm playing on a PS3 with System Software Version 3.50, and it's JUST voices, all other sound is fine. -Just- voices.

*Fixed Edit - Ok so my PS3 wasn't connected to my wireless network apparently. After plugging a lan cable directly to my PS3, it detected an update for AC Brotherhood and corrected the sound problem immediately.

Be sure your PS3 is connected to the internet prior to starting the game!

In the full screen map there is an arrow that shows which direction you are facing. But if you turn off the mini-map HUD element, the arrow in the full map with be stuck in the same postion it was in when the mini-map was last on. The arrow will only ever work again in the mini-map is turned on.

This is a problem as I like playing with no HUD and, like in AC2, this makes it very hard to tell which direction you are facing when you look at the map.

I am playing on Xbox 360, currently on sequence 2. Installed to HDD if that matters.

Well the game is really impressive. You guys did a really good job dealing with all our complaining and taking it into account when polishing. There are a two things to be taken note of though.

1.) Matchmaking is still slow (seems to be lots of connectivity issues)
2.) The mini-map Arrow thing that ppl were talking about before me

The matchmaking is the biggest part though. This is really important to me and i'm sure everyone else because we hate waiting 5 minutes to get into one match. Its just like the beta load times we saw after the first patch. Better but still just not cutting it. I find myself pressing play now or player match and changing to cable tv for 5 minutes then coming back to see if i have gotten into a match yet.

Once again this game is freaking awesome
just needs a patch or two

MAJOR game breaking bug reported by multiple users on both the PS3, and 360 when using the tunnels that forces you to start a brand new game because you are stuck in a endless death loop.

i got mi AC brotherhood today at mornig i was very excited to play and waiting for the realease in my country and now that its finally here the game frezes and in chapter one that sucks i spend a lot of money in ur CE to get a freze pls fix this

Yeah, I'm experiencing that game-breaking tunnel glitch. It's a total buzzkill...

I am on a xbox 360 and, like an above user, I am having issues with the voices. Just the voices the music comes in great.

Either I am having one line of people speaking and then silence or the voices sound muffled, but are barely coming in.

I am connected to Xbox Live and have the game updated and installed to my hard drive by the way.
EDIT: I though that fixed it.....but the voices started cutting out again. This is pretty upsetting

I have 360 and just bought the game and installed to my hardrive. When I started it up there was an update which I downloaded. I have no sound what so ever. I changed the batteries in my headset, restarted my console/game and still nothing. I get sound on other games. Anyone else having issues? I see so me where they arent getting voices, but Im not getting any sound
