Just relax. If you do not like the "Please Help" threads, do not read them. The purpose of the forums is to share information and help with problems. It may be old news to you, but it is the first time for the person asking the question. They may not know about the search function or maybe they did and just didn't find the answer they were looking for.
Hints and tips forum is a wonderful thing.
