I was thinking The US would be seriously outnumbered to any possible super power (Russia, China, India) But we will in my opinion, always be technologicly advanced and will dominate the air, ground, and sky, and maybe even space in terms of vehichles. So I think that this would have to be the result of a civil war (possibly comunist) or a attack from Mexico or Canada. And the only way i can think that advantage could be taken away is from nukes (nukes cause electromagnetic pulses)it couldnt just be an emp strike or that wouldnt explain the reverse imigration.ANyway there was a article realesed in 2000 about the possible threats to the US and

You know, being technologically advanced, trained to the highest extent and having all the information in the world can be a bad thing.

Blasphemy? Heresy? Lies and gossip? Not at all. The prime example being the 2002 Millenium Challenge where the US armed forces pitted their best-trained units with the best intel available and best weapons (Blue team) against retired Marine Corps General Paul K. Van Riper who was given sub-par units, didn't depend on uber-technology and was vastly outnumbered (Red team). Van Riper not only found ways around the shortcomings, but Red team as a whole managed to open a massive can of whoop-*** on Blue team, destroying 13 ships with tin-cans (not literally), defeated a good deal of USAF fighters on furballs/dogfights and was doing overall a major kick-*** job.

End result? All the hi-tech toys the Blue team had and all the training and centralized intel led them to get a major case of 'what-the-f**k-am-I-doing?' and lost MC02. However, they threw a hissy-fit and rigged the rest of the excercize to make themselves look good for Congress.

So, there you have it. Hell, it might even add to your theory. I mean, an overload of intel, we screw up and get overwhelmed. Doesn't sound too far-fetched...

Im not talking about infantry im talking about the airforce and navy that is overwhelming to any other superpower today we have more ships and planes then all of europe and africa combined

Well that's a good question. What would happen that allows for forces to attack a major nation across the ocean? How would the troop transports not be shot down?

Western society ( which america is part of ) depends on capitalism which in turn is based on money. Take out money and western society collapses. Nuke, EMP or viral attack a major financial exchange ( new york or london ) and the money system would collapse. This is how america and europe would be attacked. With the binding agent that holds western society together ( money ) gone then society would break down.

any modern society would collapse without money. And nation like the us would know of a threat long before it happened and the prsident would freeze wages(it means that the price of everything cannot change)What im trying to figure out is on the website it says reverse immagration is happening alot from the us but it also says that fighting is nearing the midwest which means theres a war going on which then means there was no dirty bomb,or nuke. If there was and it was bad enough that there was reverse immagration then why would any force fight a war for it. I think the reverse immagration is because of the war

Also emp protection is available and it is fairly cheap, i can assure you that the us and almost all major businesses have it. its just not practical for everyone to get it on all there electronics
