Wii level 10, stuck, can't see behind the wall | Forums

Hi everyone. Please help, my 5 year old nephew is stuck. We get to level 10, move to the right, pass the tilting platforms, the large spinning "wheels", and the set of two platforms that go up and down. As we go up the ramp and turn to go back to the left, we cannot see what is going on. Basically, unlike other areas in the game, the solid wall does not become transparent. So, we cannot see what is going on (where to grab at the poles to swing, and how to get onto the next platforms). Is this a normal part of the game or a glitch? If it is normal, how do we get past this part of the game? So far, all the tech support people have done was to direct me to this forum. Many thanks in advance. : )

We have the exactly the same problem on the xBox 360 and tech support people have done the same with us directed me to this forum and said it’s an old game and there is no known issues with this game but this is no relevance when we have only just bought it brand new from ‘The Hut’. I think if they do not sort is I may request a refund from them. As it’s not fit for purpose!

Come on Ubisoft get this problem sorted.
