Thread: I can't get the speed of a ship. | Forums

I'm reading off of the manual and I can't seem to calculate the speed of a ship. I do everything the manual says and nothing happens. How long should I let the watch run? The watch doesn't appear to be doing anything.

I heard that this would be fixed for patch 1.2, am I doing something wrong? Is it still broken? I really want to learn how to properly shoot torpedoes, instead of shooting them straight and hoping.

Use the 3 minute method, make a mark on the map, count 3 minutees make a second. Then measure the distance between the 2 and multiply by 20 IIRC. There should be other posts on that here.
