Thread: Level 46 and has 1428 APs? | Forums

  1. #1
I was searching through my friends list and found one friend who is a level 46 and has 357 skill points on each class. That would total up to 1428 AP all together!
I'm a level 51 and I only have 485 AP! So is this a glitch? He hasn't combined any Mnemonic sets either so it can't be one.

Its a cheat. there is a program you can use to do that stuff.

pretty weak to cheat on a FBgame i say personally

    no program. it's easy actually.
all you have to do is to use one of the "reasign skill points" mnemonics, and instead of clicking on the usual button, you go to one of the other tabs in the profile menu. when you click back to the first tab again, you will have both the allready spended skillpoints + the same amount to use again.

There was a huge debate about this over on the old discussion boards on the PL FB page.

Yes cheating in the game is possible. I'm not going to go into details on how.

It may seem harmless, and at the moment yes it is. People who modify their skill points up to ridiculous levels only really affect you when they come up in your choice of PvP Skirmishes. But you don't have to fight them, just pick someone else.

However - what about if league tables are introduced? Wins/Losses? Teams? When a more complex PvP system is introduced (which is likely soon), the players that exploit a cheat will have an unfair advantage. Therefore these players will (if they're lucky) have their stats lowered to what they should be, or most likely they'll be banned from the game.

IMO - don't cheat. It spoils the game, and you risk getting banned.

Thats why i find it so weak, there is no scoreboard, no ranking, and yet they cheat...

@joey_junior: yeah you could be right, but once saw a youtube vid where they do it with a program.

It can be a pain to grind for days to get to do a new event for 5 min, then start grinding again.

Rome - Chapter 4 comes to mind. Suddenly, 11 carracks needed! And after that nothing short of a small army. The build up really sucks on those missions.

There are a few ways to cheat but I think it defeats the purpose of playing although I admit it's a bit of a grind sometimes and I am getting occasions where my action points don't refill the way they are supposed to. They will probably crack down on cheating so it isn't worth it.

at this point, without any word on 2.0 or anything at all and with the survey they had the other day, does it even matter if people cheat or not?

i use to love this game, it was the only reason i started a facebook page, but now, i just tolerate it even existing. it pains me to see it in my games section only to know there is nothing new and its not worth while to play. i finished everything in the game and trust me, crafting items over and over gets pretty boring after a few weeks.

that's exactly what I did for a while, but after a few weeks I stopped playing. i checked every couple weeks to see if the divine science pack was there ,but nothing...is ubisoft finally saying anything about DDL 2.0 or still silence?
