myst 5 US-version, does it have several languages available? | Forums

I am quite new to this forum. I have just a short question. I am planning on getting the US- version of Myst 5 and was wondering if the US version contains other languages (especially german)

I can't say for sure, but I'm almost certain that several languages are supported. If you watch the credits scroll by at the end, you see a list of voice actors for each character, listed by language. I've also browsed through the sound resources in the game, and the filenames would seem to suggest the same.

Squeeee, I looked in my Myst V folder and it has manuals in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Dutch, but I don't see one for German (Deutch). I'd be surprised if there isn't a German version though. You might contact Cyan with the question.

Checking the sound files, it looks like there's English, French, German, and Spanish voiceovers, so one can only assume that the game supports that many languages throughout the game.

All copies, regardless of where they are sold, have multiple language support, though.
