    can anyone fill me in on how to unlock the weapon caches. ive done a lot of the side missions and a decent ammount of the regular missions and i do not have one weapon cache.

    Completing Hot Potato events (blue markers with the attache case on fire) with A rank or better will unlock weapon caches.
