The Animation and Text in question are the break neck animation when you Kill an NPC that you've grabbed.
And the "Kills" text at the end of all D-Ops mission.

It's been established that the game doesn't differentiate between an enemy that's been knocked out or killed, so why not replace the said kill animation with a knock out animation and replace the "Kills" text with “Neutralize” and the “Kill” text with “Takedown.”

This would add a lot to my stealth experience and afaik animation and text swapping are pretty damn easy when you have all the required dev tools... kinda like Ubisoft does.

It's slightly annoying, but there's far more important things that need to be patched before something like this should even be brought to the table.

I don't agree, this is a very simple thing to fix\change. There is absolutely no reason that it couldn't be included in the next official game update.

I don't know if they should completely replace the kill animations with non-lethal takedowns, but the option to choose would definately improve my gameplay experience.

The guards are still going to say "He's dead" if they find him, so that's not going to change.

Not all animations. Read my post again. Only the neckbreak animation when you grab a dude.
I like to grab an enemy and take him into the shadows and knock him out, but the ONLY possible thing the game lets me do is snap his neck, or smash his head into a wall but aside from being lethal most of the time it leaves a mess.

Again, I'm only asking that one animation be swapped.

Yea, I can excuse it in Conviction because of story (I really enjoyed this great game), but if there won't be non-lethal option in next SC... Developers are only lazy *** ...

In SCCT guards can wake up their knocked friend, or there were also some sleeping guards and you must be stealthy, etc., etc. Béland said, that there weren't any stealth options in SCC@07 so I hope, that they will add more stealth options in SC6... Else they are only liars...
