Hello,

not really tech but I don't know where to go with this.

I preordered a copy of HOMM V about a month ago.
I received the copy yesterday, awesome.

But the entire game is in french, that sucks. I ordered an english version of ubisoft.com/uk and still got a french version.

As a big fan of the homm series this pisses me off, this has no value to me whatsoever in french.

what to do, I contacted ubisoft but those people couldn't help me.

plz help me, where/who should I call?

Collector edition should include all languages.
When you install the game you should be able to choose which language you prefer.
Look closely if you have this option after clicking the install button in the autorun.

Hey,

with completely in french I meant also all manuals, covers, box, dvd etc. etc.

So you can't choose that on installation .

i too have this problem however i speak quite well french so it doesn't bother me, and h2 is also in french, quite funny it is yes
