How the hell do u do the mission bit where a member of your team hacks the computer and u have to cover him after a very long never ending fierce fight i then get a message saying mission failed - u failed to kill irena morales....so im like so wtf am i meant to do ?
This is game is ridiculouse no cheats and no quicksave takes the piss
I was stuck on that part for a bit myself. I just went to the left ( if your looking at the building the computer is in from the outside) and sat behind the forklift and waited until the two guys came out of that garage area. After killing them, I focused on killing the guys coming from the other direction. I stayed behind that forklift the entire time.

Its doing my head as its hard enough just to stay alive here an i just keep getting a stupid message that id dint kill irona an if i run off to try find irona i get message failes coz i9 didnt cover my teamate why he hacked computer and the computer gets destroyed this is just a joke - without quicksave feature have spend 10 mins each time to get to where im stuck an try an figure what to do
I wondered the same thing as I was having the same prob. Clear the warehouse of bad guys then go straight to computer..hack away. Now you must survive the second wave of Ts'and kill them all(no brainer) while he hacks at comp. Go upstairs above computer terminal where you will find Irena. But until he hacks the blast doors open you are safe.

there are no such thing as quick save in any series. and i felt vegas SP is easier and straight forward than older titles.
keep in mind, this is still a R6 title. not a regular action shooter that most ppl plays.
even though, SP is mostly fits in that category, you have to plan and think what's the best way before you act. it is trial and error. if you tried enough, you'll see the pattern of enemy movement and spawn position. you act and counter according to them (in SP).
in RVS (raven sheild) MP coop TH, we've tried more than 70 times occasionaly on same map to complete.
and it is still fun and challenging.
R6 is that kind of game. not the game that you just shoot around and be able to complete missions.
yes m8 i have played em all since rogue spear and love them still have ravenshield in my collection and no the others dont have quicksave feature but they also dont have checkpoint saves
My argument is if u gonna have checkpoint then it should be quicksave so i can save when i like
Anyway about 10 mins after placing this popst i some how managed to do it - been stuck here for 2 weeks lol
I had one of my clan members ask me that same question and im going to give you the same answer. Kill the terrorists quicker. take one side out as they fast rope down then drop the other side and continue that practice. If you have smoke, it might help, though its not a garuntee. I realize killing them faster is a no brainer, but its really the only thing you need to do.
I got through that part by hiding next to the guy hacking the computer and listening for the closer fast rope on the left to know someone is coming down and then peek over and get him before he had a chance to move, so I kept my ears focused on that part. Then I kept my eyes focused ahead of me and a little to the right where I could see the enemy moving from cover to cover and I shot them whenever they were open. Using the Deagle helped me out a lot on this part. It's close enough to be accurate and a one shot kill.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
I believe others have had success on that part by using liberal amount of incindiary nades as the fast rope tangos try to drop in from the ceiling.
