I'm doubtful this early in the production phase that the idea of a limited edition console has been kicked around too much, but I wanted to plant the seed and then see if enough interest would grow from it.

Much like the limited edition consoles produced for Final Fantasy and Modern Warfare 2, I'd be very interested in having my own HAWX 2 console with a low visibility paint scheme or perhaps aircraft markings and a paint scheme relevant to the game's storyline.

You take that console, add a 250Gb hard drive (or perhaps an even larger storage device if available), throw in a couple controllers, a game disc, then box it up.

If anyone else would like to add their ideas or give feedback, please do so, and perhaps Ubisoft will help these ideas take form.

hmm I think it's down to Microsoft to decide on what console editions it makes?

BUT...

Would be good to have a grey console with yellow hazard signs or something..

Well, I don't know if I'd buy a Limited Edition console... I don't really need another Xbox 360 and I don't want a PS3 atm. But I know I would do everything in my power to get a Limited Edition of HAWX-2 if it included one of the following:

a) An F-22 fighter jet figure with a cool HAWX logo somewhere on its fuselage. The figure doesn't need to be very big, but it shouldn't be too small either.

or

b) A fighter pilot figure from HAWX. It could be based on the image I'm using as an avatar right now, which is a CG art from the first HAWX.

I would definitely get the LE if it had any of this... a fighter pilot suit or G-suit (complete with the helmet) for my avatar would be a nice detail as well.

have exclusive flyable aircraft such as the PAK-FA,F-15SE, Su-30MKI or maybe a B-1R.

hmmm . . . my uncle was a technician for the Mirage III fighter. And when he was released all they gave him was a metal model of a Mir. III attached to some wooden base.

You think thats lousy?

All they gave my father was a piece of wood shaped like some sort of badge with an inscription which said something like; "thank you for serving in the IDF paratroopers; you are special".

heh when my dad retired from usaf his squad gave him a rather amusing pre veitnam jet with flapping wings

northrop gave hims a resien b2 model cant find it though damn low vis

lockheed gave him a buttload of fun stuff

and prat gave him video of f22 first flight
cause he wrote the manual on the engine

and he gave me most of it mwahahah
