I have looked at all the settings but must be missing something. When new colors are awarded due to ranks; where do I get to choose these colors?
Elite and I am still using default colors.

My character -> Outfitting -> Clothing -> Whenever you scroll over an option here, you will should see a settings button next to it. Click that to change the camo.

Just remember, UBI was not the one to help you out.

After you achieve Elite status, click on the gears next to clothing and armor.
You should now have 3 custom camo options.

You can design 3 different custom setups using different colors and patterns.

Unfortunatey, Ubisoft failed to include Black.
Another one of their executive decisions made without regard to what players want!!!!
