I dont know if this has been answered, but I was watching this RS2 video, and it kept calling the hero a kuchiwawa, pochiwawa clan guy or something . Anyway, what is that?!!?!

Also can the swordsman change his costume, or like customize it

The hero you play as is part of the 'Kusagari' clan. He is the last Kusagari left. And about the costume.. I haven't a clue, though I doubt there will be an option to do it.

You only see the swordsman's forearms during gameplay so there's really no point anyway.

He's not the last left, just one of the last. His old master proves that. Anyway, questions should go in the Q&A section, and only if they cannot be answered by searching for the answer more.
