i'm really annoyed i cant use harlequin whenever i want. i've used him like twice thanks to others and love him. only got my xbox at christmas so i couldnt possible of pre-ordered the game and got a code, so if anyone still has a spare one i'd be really happy and thankful for it. e-mail me jordan-2007@live.co.uk

[EDIT] Did your game arrived without other personas? Because if you only have the Harlequin and/or the Officer and no others, you need to contact Support.

Just wait a while. The Harlequin will likely be available as DLC soonish.
