Give the new maps there own official servers
Cycle the new maps in with regular ones on the servers
Customize the rotation on the servers, 1 stock, 1 custom, or 2 stock, 2 custom, etc...........
Put one custom map of each type on a server of its own,and set it to repeat
Give the new ffa and assault maps there own seperate official servers

On the Euro Official side...
Only custom maps from the unofficial map pack (for now) one assault one ffa (or more).
Glad to see the US servers have loaded the custom maps!

I played for a couple hours last night and didn't get to play one custom map
On the euro side Far Cry legends and Far Cry Spartans both run custom maps in rotation plus other clan servers (cant remember which sorry).Problem is on our server(FcL) there are still huge amounts of people dropping out on the custum maps not as many as before but it is still happening. Please put the custom maps on the ubi servers as it will force people to find and instal these maps and may keep the game popular with more variety in the games.
my dl speed can only support 4 people(pathetic, i know) but i will have a server up titled DATA's Frag Fest , to run just the FFA side of the map pack, seeing as no one else is. it's small, but i will try to spread the joy a little, or what i can
and as far as the latter concern, i notice alot of clans have put up seperate servers now to run the way they where before, without the map pack,--this is a prob, and the clan servers that are up should try to run only the map pack IMO, that way more people will have to dl the maps, not have 3-4 servers up per clan in some cases and have only 1 of them running the map pack(*some people just need to be slapped in the head--real hard*)

Yup FcL do now have 2 servers running but this has nothing to do with maps. The second server was set up to test wether a server based in Germany makes a difference to PB kicks as it was noticed by the guys that they had less problems on non UK based servers. And wierdly it has made a huge difference. One member in tests played an hour on the German server without a kick then switched back to the UK one and was kicked within minutes. No theres no new maps running in the cycle as its a 10 man server and we generally use it for match practice locking this server down and leaving the 18 man server open for the public which has got the custom maps. Considering these factors i dont think we need to be slapped in the head real hard at all niether do the clans who want to run other servers without the map pack as they pay for the servers and if they want another server to run the old maps for whatever reasons they are still providing a service to the community who want to play a game without team killers etc as they are normally kicked by admin. Most players want to play on clan servers as the quality of play is generally much better and the more servers then the better. The problem is not the clan servers its the Ubi servers where most people start off on in MP. If they had the custom maps and a new guy was kicked on his first few games then they would soon trawl the forums as to why, see the map packs and download them.
everyone that plays farcry has to sign up a ubi account.
perhaps its possible that when new people sign up an account (the new players) that when they get the email confirming the password for the account etc, they get a link to map pack downloads saying these maps are played on official servers and are to be downloaded.
even do a mass email to all existing account holders email addresses?
I think Data, like me, just wants to see more of the custom maps and appreciate the clean play that a clan server provides.
The reason I started carrying on about custom maps on Official servers is because the empty servers just sitting there! UBI's paid for the bandwidth and it just sits their empty! Why not get some custom maps up?
The reason I say All custom is then if the player doesn't have the mappack then they can't join. Rather then join with the standard map and get kicked when a custom map comes up. In turn leaving a ghost on the server and holding there CD key hostage.
Blah blah blah....
