yesterday i bought a splinter cell convition but unfortently i'm facing some proplems..

it downloaded alright but once i open it the updating launcher window opens.. but it automatically closes before it's finished.. i tried more then time but still the same problem.. the very same thing also happens with prince of Persia forgotten sands

anybody has an idea what's the reason for that? and how to fix it?
