Forgotten Sands - Cd-key error | Forums

I bought the Forgotten Sands PC version but i cannot play with it, because the system does not accept the given cd-key. It only gives a message: "Incorrect cd-key" What can i do?

From where did you purchase the game ? Is it a Retail disk or a STEAM, D2D copy ? Was it a used Retail Copy, or a new one ?

Are you entering the CD-KEY in the proper format, as applicable ? (e.g. Uppercase, Lowercase letters, and the hyphen included ?)

When entering the key, make sure that you type the key exactly as it appears using all capital letters and include the dashes. If you continue to face this problem, then please contact Official UBI Support:
