dont start your 1st third and 4th patrol like i did.
patrol 1 hit a friendly mine comming out of port.
patrol 3 hit a mine in the channel. sank spent ages repairing near critical damage, finally got surfaced, and made it home with only fumes to run on.
4th patrol hit same friendly mine field.
i have now scetched the axis mine fields into my left eye
and hit a sub net in mission 12

you know i could have sworn i heard a splash as we were passing holland, a few minutes later there was another one so i went outside to investigate and caught my command crew abandoning ship
its all theyre fault, theyre silly excuses, "how were we supposed to spot it, its underwater" pffff hogwash
