Thread: If you could use the Art, what Age would you have written? | Forums

Hey all. I don't know if this counts as advertising or anything ... hope not. ^_^; Anyway, I had the idea for a quiz over at quizilla, so if you like, take a crack at it:

I took it myself and got Myst, though there are 15 different outcomes possible. I'm guessing a person is much more likely to get certain Ages than others, but I'm interested to see. Only if you have the free time, it's a little lengthy for an online quiz... :P

You would have written the Age of Myst. The island
exemplifies creativity born out of necessity.
While it takes a healthy imagination and a mind
full of curiosity, close friends and shelter
are also important to you. After exploring, you
like to have a familiar place to call home.

"If you could use the Art, which Age would you have written?" - Results:

You would have written the Age of Narayan. The floating civilization proves that balance and moderation provide stability and all life's needs. You write to explore the possibilities of these boundaries; how far they go, and how plastic are the rules. Careful that this doesn't lead to idleness or indecision.

You would have written the Age of D'ni (Earth). This world illustrates how innovative thought is sparked by extreme threats. You write to revolutionize. It takes thinking outside of the box, and a good dose of cynicism, to make these kind of dramatic leaps away from the norm.

    Yep...That's My World

Finally! Some non-Mysters. For a second, I was really afraid that somehow something I wrote would always lead to one specific outcome. But I think you're right, Temis, there are a lot of like-minded people rompin' around here, and Myst is a good one to get.

A lot of the other possible Ages are pretty hard to get, actually. I guess you have to have a whacked-out mind or something. ^_^
