I noted that eco cheating proliferates at tremendous rate, friends. In most cases cheating is subtle, like building stuff 25-50% over legal income - just enough to shift balance in cheater's behalf. I remember that in first patches there was "VAC added". It just doesnt seem to work. Reporting cheaters is also a futile option as we dont have any feedback, no bans announced etc. It seems strange to me that people of this forum pay so little attention on such a painful problem. You guys are interested in units balancing, smth "overpowered", how-tos, playerbase etc, thats OK, but what about cheating? Do you not recognize subtle cheating? Review your games and count enemy stuff - yeah, count by hand, piece-by-piece, long and boring accounting, then compare it to their legal income + $200 at start. My cheaters were too many to report.
Is that an unresolveable problem for devs to let program do all math online and disco cheaters? Of course, no. They simply dont care - just as you do.
